In a shocking revelation, the police in Dausa district, Rajasthan, have solved a two-month-old blind murder case that took place near Reta village on National Highway 21. The police have arrested the victim’s wife and her lover, who were found to be involved in the cold-blooded murder.
The case came to light on May 20, when the mutilated body of a young man was discovered near the highway, his head crushed beyond recognition. The investigation, which initially seemed to be a dead end, took a dramatic turn when the police uncovered the involvement of the victim’s wife in the crime.
According to the police, the victim’s wife, Shanta Bairwa, had an illicit relationship with Babulal Meena, a truck driver. Driven by her affair, Shanta plotted the murder of her husband, orchestrating the entire plan with her lover. She sent her husband to work as a helper on Babulal’s truck, using this opportunity to execute her deadly scheme.
On the night of May 20, Babulal lured the victim to a secluded spot near Reta village and brutally murdered him by crushing his head, ensuring that the body would be difficult to identify. The police, led by Deputy SP Deepak Meena, conducted a thorough investigation that ultimately led to the arrest of both Shanta and Babulal.
Both accused were presented in court, where the magistrate ordered Shanta Bairwa to be remanded to judicial custody, while Babulal Meena was sent to police custody for one day for further interrogation.
This heinous crime has sent shockwaves through the local community, highlighting the extreme measures taken in the name of illicit relationships.
