Gurgaon, July 2, 2024 — In a disturbing series of events, Gaurav Garg, a resident of Sector 38, has faced repeated thefts, harassment, and life-threatening incidents. Despite filing multiple complaints and providing substantial evidence, the local authorities have failed to take effective action, leaving Garg and his family in constant fear for their safety.

Garg detailed the incidents in a letter to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) at Badshapur Station, expressing frustration over the inaction and lack of safety measures. Despite numerous complaints, the perpetrators, led by Mr. Laxman Rathi and his associates, remain unpunished, continuing their campaign of intimidation and violence.

Incident Summary:

1. Theft on December 27, 2023: Mr. Laxman Rathi and Mr. Makhan unlawfully entered Garg’s property and stole various items, including wires, poles, and solar lights. Despite a complaint (2184-CAS) and photographic evidence, no action was taken.
2. Threat on January 15, 2024: Rathi and his group threatened severe physical harm if the complaint was not withdrawn. Another complaint (13227003072400164) was filed, supported by photographic evidence, but the threats continued.
3. Threat on June 1, 2024: The group returned with more threats, leading to another complaint (13227003072400167). Again, no action followed.
4. Threat on June 16, 2024: Further threats were issued, with video evidence provided, yet authorities remained inactive.
5. Assault and Threat on June 21, 2024: The situation escalated to physical assault and threats of kidnapping. Stones were thrown at Garg’s property, captured on video, and a complaint (1628-CAS/21-6-24) was filed. Despite this, there has been no effective response from the authorities.

In his letter, Garg called for the immediate arrest and investigation of the perpetrators, recovery of stolen items, and protection for his family. He emphasized the continuous inaction by the police, which has only emboldened the culprits, leaving his family in constant fear.
