Narnaul: The city of Narnaul is witnessing an alarming rise in theft incidents, with the latest case occurring last night at a gold and silver die-making shop in Manak Chowk. The thieves managed to break into the shop and steal valuable items, while an attempted burglary at a nearby jewelry store was foiled when a vigilant night watchman intervened.

According to reports, the theft at the die-making shop took place around midnight. The shop’s locks were broken, and the burglars made off with various items. The shop owner promptly informed the police, who have since begun their investigation.

Meanwhile, a second attempted burglary occurred at a jewelry store located in the same area. The thieves were in the process of breaking the store’s shutter when the night watchman arrived on the scene. Acting swiftly, the watchman alerted the police and managed to apprehend one of the thieves. By the time the shop owner arrived, a crowd had gathered, and the police had taken the suspect into custody.

The shop owner expressed relief that the theft was averted, thanks to the watchman’s timely action. “I received a call about the shutter being broken, and when I reached the spot, there was already a crowd. The police have apprehended the thief and are proceeding with the necessary legal actions,” he said.

The police are now conducting further investigations to identify the remaining suspects involved in both incidents.
