Lucknow, India — Dr. Heera Lal, an esteemed Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, participated in the student-run radio program “CMS Vishwa Voice” on July 22, 2024. The program was broadcasted from the CMS Kanpur Road Radio Studio with the support of CMS Manager, Professor Geeta Gandhi Kingdon.
