Two Arrested for Running Sex Racket from Spa in Gurugram

Gurugram, July 26, 2024 – In a significant bust, two individuals were arrested for allegedly running a sex racket from a spa center on Jharsa Road, police reported on Thursday. The racket, which had been operational for several months, was uncovered following a tip-off that led to a police raid on Wednesday.

Suspects Identified: The suspects have been identified as Chitresh Kumar alias Deepak, from Kheri Sura, and Sheetal alias Sonu, from Gopalwas, both located in Charkhi Dadri. The operation was carried out by a team of police officers, with one officer acting as a decoy customer to confirm the illegal activities inside the spa.

Police Statement: Sandeep Kumar, the public relations officer of Gurugram police, stated, “A team was formed, and a police personnel was sent to the center as a decoy customer. As soon as it was confirmed that a sex racket was operational inside, a raid was carried out, and the two were arrested.”

Legal Action: Following the raid, an FIR was registered against the suspects under relevant sections of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, at Civil Lines police station on Wednesday. The police are continuing their investigation to uncover further details and potential connections.
