Selection Process:
SAIL will utilize GATE 2024 scores for the initial shortlisting of candidates. Those shortlisted will be notified through the SAIL careers page, email, or phone to participate in Group Discussion (GD) and Interview rounds. The final selection will be based on a merit list, combining the scores from GATE 2024 (75%), GD (10%), and Interview (15%).
