Additionally, applicants should have at least five years of experience in areas such as fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in, or cargo handling. Proficiency in PC usage and good command over spoken and written English and Hindi are essential. The age limit for general category candidates is 33 years.
• Customer Service Executive: Applicants must have a graduate degree from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Airline/Ground Handling Agent (GHA)/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or those holding an Airline Diploma or certified courses like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, or IATA CARGO. The age limit for general category candidates is 28 years.

Application Fee:

A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 is required, payable by Demand Draft in favor of “AI AIRPORT SERVICES LIMITED,” payable at Mumbai. However, no fees are required from ex-servicemen or candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.

Selection Process:

The selection process will consider candidates from SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen/Economically Weaker Section categories as per the Government Directives on reservation of posts.
